We were delighted to welcome Friends of the Guild to our Annual General Meeting held at the RAC club in Central London last week, Wednesday 4th May.
We enjoyed a welcome from Trustee Mary Guppy, a review of the year by CEO Linda Thompson and speeches from our Treasurer Sharon Stewart and Compliance Officer Roisin Tierney before hearing from our Speaker, the celebrated author Joanna Trollope.
Our CEO Linda Thompson stepped down after three years in the role handing over to Ruth Briant who will take the title of Executive Chair along with Victoria Spendlove as Vice Executive Chair.
Afternoon tea was then served. Many thanks to the RAC club for their hospitality.
