Service of Thanksgiving, Queen’s Chapel of the Savoy

We were delighted to welcome Friends and guests to a Service of Thanksgiving at The Queen’s Chapel of the Savoy, on Wednesday 6th July as part of our 140th Anniversary celebrations programme.

The service was officiated by The Revd Canon Thomas Woodhouse MA with music from Philip Berg MVO FRCO and the chapel choir. Along with prayers and hymns we were very pleased to hear readings from member of the Board of Trustees  Roisin Tierney reading from Gospel of St Matthew and also Executive Chair Ruth Briant reading ‘A Mile in My Shoes’ by Kelly Rattledge.

Please take a look at the Order of Service and learn more about the wonderful chapel, a hidden gem with great history in the heart of London, HERE

After the service we enjoyed the summer evening with drinks and nibbles in the lovey chapel gardens.

Our grateful thanks to Canon Woodhouse and Steward Richard Buck in hosting this event.
